1.Mexico           

Mexico becomes the biggest producer of silver in 2019. Based on the world mining data in 2021, the production of silver from this country reaches 7,4 million kilograms (kg). Geographically, there are some regions that become the main production of silver. Zacatecas, Chihuahua, Durango, Sonora, Oaxaca are some of the regions in Mexico that have the biggest production of silver. Of all these regions, Zacatecas is still the highest of all. Some of the silver production can be processed into some religious goods, coins, culinary goods, and others. Penasquito mine in Mexico is one of the biggest silver mining areas in the world.              


2.Peru 

Peru is the second biggest producer of silver in 2019. Based on the world mining data in 2021, the production of silver from Peru up to 3,8 million kilograms (kg). Geographically, there are some biggest areas in Peru with Ancash, Pasco, Junin, Lima, Ayacucho, Apurimac, and Tacna being some of the biggest areas of silver production in Peru.


3.China

China is the third-biggest producer of silver in 2019. According to the world mining data in 2021, the production of silver from Mao Zedong’s country reaches 3,4 million kilograms (kg). These are Martabe Project (North Sumatera/ Sumatera Utara), Batu hijau (East Java/ jawa timur), Deep Mill Zone (Papua), and Gasberg (Papua).


13.India             

India become the 13th biggest producer of silver in 2019. Based on the World Mining Data in 2021, the production of silver from India reached 441 thousand kilograms (kg). Geographically, Sindesar Khurd Mine, Rampura Agucha Mine, Zawar Mine, Rajpura Dariba Mine, and Hutti Mine are some of the silver sites in India.


14.Sweden        

Sweden is the 14th biggest producer of silver in 2019. Based on the World Mining Data in 2021, the production of silver from Sweden reached 419.9 thousand kilograms (kg). Sala Silver Mine, Kristineberg, Kankbergsgruvan, Björkdalsgruvan, Garpenberg, Lovisagruvan, and Zinkgruvan are some of silver mining area in Sweden.


15.Canada        

Canada is the 15th biggest producer of Silver in 2019. Based on the World Mining Data in 2021, the production of Silver from Sweden reached 419.2 thousand kilograms (kg).
