These countries have huge production of cauliflower and broccoli in 2021. Functionally, broccoli and cauliflowers are two of the vegetables which contains many nutritional contents for human body. Furthermore, these vegetables also were added into some dishes in many countries.

According to FAO Statistical Corporate Database (FAOSTAT), the production of cauliflowers and broccoli reached 9,537,519 tons. Geographically, in China, the main production areas of broccoli can be found in Shandong, Guangdong, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Yunnan, and Jiangsu provinces. Meanwhile, the cauliflowers can be found in Shandong Province (Song et al., 2019).

2. India

India still becomes the 2nd largest producers of cauliflowers and broccoli in 2021.
